The reigning UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Julianna Peña (11-4) gave her thoughts on who won the fight between Valentina Shevchenko and Taila Santos at UFC 275.

“I had Taila winning. She beat her with one eye, and she still lost. It was horrible.” – Julianna Peña said in the interview with The Schmo.

She also said that she would like to see Miesha Tate fight Valentina Schevchenko for the belt and she also said that she would like to get a rematch with the current UFC Women’s Flyweight Champion.

The fight between Peña and Schevchenko (23-3) happened back in 2017 on UFC on Fox 23 where Schevchenko submitted Peña with an armbar.

The fight is a possibility in the near future since Schevchenko is considering getting back in the Bantamweight division. Julianna Peña’s next fight is the rematch with Amanda Nunes (21-5) at UFC 277 which takes place on July 30th in Dallas, Texas.
