BJJ TRAINING VIDEOS
I just started BJJ and was wondering if it’s possible for a 35 year old man to win the Mundials or is it usually won by younger guys? I’m not 35, but after more than 10 years of serious BJJ practice I imagine I’d be ready.
BJJ practitioner winning the ADCC?

Yes and just to let you know that to become a black belt it takes 9 years or more unless you are BJ Penn who got his in 3 years.Maybe when your 35 you can win but you have to be real good in Brazillian Ju Jitsu like Matt Serra,BJ Penn,and Frank Mir.Good luck
