GOod post. Agree with most of your predictions except I think Lamas will beat Palaszewski by choke or unanimous decision. He’s an unknown, but so was Jon “bones” Jones. Also, he has beaten other veteran fighters ie. James Birdsley (32-6). But we’ll see, I’ll check in with you later.

ya i would agree i think the best thing that has happened to boxing really is the economy meltdown. As alot of people would be tentative to order these fights on ppv but now Boxing has been forced to put its fights on FREE television which is now a way for boxing to get a new fan base. That fight between Marquez & Diaz was a instant classic like i predicted. This fight proved that Boxing is not dead and when you look at the upcoming fights the sport is still alive

Damn Juan Manuel Marquez proved why is his one of the very best boxers today he was great last night I like how he was counterpunching and using his punches wisely while Diaz was throwing flurries, but losing his stamina.
Marquez was phenomenal last night those two knockouts in the 9th round was very impressive definitely fight of the year worthy and it was on HBO which was great because this was PPV Quality fight.
Great night of boxing.

Hicks could definitely win, Razor Rob hasn’t looked that great. Bartimus will win for sure, and it’ll probably be exciting. Aldo has talked about dropping to 135. A guy from my gym is fighting on the WEC 40 card in Chicago.

Diaz needs to concentrate on fighting before a fight and take a break from college, especially against a guy like Marquez.

Good anaylasis on what both Marquez and Diaz need to do to win.
I’m with you on the Hicks fight.
Word is Aldo may drop to 135 after this fight. Him against Torres would be crazy.
Brown injured his own rib. I’m a fan of Garcia but got Brown by decision.
