He did so with a beautifully timed flying knee counter catching Arlovski in mid air with a right hand that left the Belarusian face first in the mat. In the video Andrei admittedly says he wanted something flashy and paid for it. He was having success early with his game plan which was to box with Fedor but he diverted and decided to throw a flying knee which was never part of his game plan and that was his undoing. Prior to this fight Andrei was ranked #2 in the world by many MMA analysts and fans alike, look for him to come back strong, more disciplined and better than ever.
