   Right now nobody in the world has better stand up than Anderson Silva. To me spider is the best striker in the history of mma.
   Mousasi is a incredible fighter and perhaps will be the best ,but no yet.

   Totally agree, most in the U.S. dont know of Mousasi but he is def within the top 5 pound for pound in the world. Once the UFC takes him, were going to see him dominate the LH division

   ur high. dont get me wrong, mousasi is a monster… but silva is too slick, his boxing resembles an old roy jones jr. and he’ll put damn near n e one to sleep. i cant even say who would win. if that bitch dana white would possibley consider a joint payper view. like an MMA olympics. BUT, thats just high talk, it will never happen

   Mousasi has better stand up and judo than Silva, and Mousasi is will overpower Silva on the ground.
   My bet would be Mousasi win by TKO rnd 2.

   Hilarious, did you not just see Mousasi man handle heavyweight Goodridge. Mousasi fights openweight in Japan. You obviously haven’t seen much of Mousasi. The only one with a chance of beating Mousasi in LH is Anderson Silva but I don’t think he could do it either.

    hes so fucking perfect..lol.. that takedown was textbook and he looked so calm doing it, it almost looked like an exebition match.. cant wait to see the hendo fight, and if he beats dan then im ranking him top 2 or three, a three way tie with shogun and machida

    i disagree. nog is HW, anderson would have serious problems with mousasi because they have similar standup styles, loyoto would lose, and shogun would lose.

    cuz its not easy to find a competition for mousasi. the longer dana white will be screwing his fighters, the more of them will come to strikeforce, and mousasi will have planty of good competition.

    i dont think silva can take mousasi though. at 205 mousasi is as good as fighter gets. compare him to last rashad vs silva, i think mousasi would not have any problems taking out ether of them 2 guys, and them 2 are somewhat top of the ufc lhw.

    Fully bro, I totally agree.
    I would like to see Mousasi overwhelm Machida, but an even better bout would be against Anderson Silva. I think Mousasi would take it – better stand up and more powerful ground game.
    But yeah, I think Mousasi/Hendo is on the cards. It’ll be awesome.

    Mousasi man handled him. Yeah, they should have let it go a bit longer but the outcome would be the same.
    Mousasi is looking really good.
    I wanna see Mousasi vs Henderson.

    There were premature stoppages at this event, but this wasn’t one of them. Goodridge didn’t even attempt to improve his position even though Mousasi was launching those last punches standing, its not like he had full mount or anything (meaning Goodridge could have spun away from the hits). So it was Goodridge’s fault.

    Also, Mousasi didn’t look disgusted… that’s the face he usually makes after a win

    Mousasi has fought alot lately and im pretty sure he took this fight on short notice…

    He’s taking as many fights as he can get right now, and this fight was probably to get used to fighting at a heavier weight class.

    Goodridge seems like a formidable warm-up…

    Remember, this dude was fighting middleweight not too long ago…very impressive

    Gary Goodridge is still my idol. I think they should give him other opponents who would make for more exciting fights and a less predictable result.
